“Stacey is responsible for all aspects of our newly formed company” explained Bill Phillips Jr., President of Niles Fence & Security Products. She comes to Niles from Hoover Fence where she worked for 6 years and served as their Operations Manager.
Hoover is a Certified Fence Professional and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication from Kent State University.
